I was just doing the first at home kettlebell workout on this list and thought, why don’t I make a collection for everyone else as well? You know why? Because, in comparison to regular strength sessions, kettlebell workouts make me feel so much more alive, stronger, but also agile. I probably don’t look like it, but hey I can dream.
So I made a list, for me and you. I’m very creepy I know, sorry. I don’t know why you’d be looking for this type of at home workouts, but for me it was because I had bought a kettlebell years ago. That was the only gym equipment I could afford beyond a mat (who am I kidding I used a rug).
So I bought it and didn’t know what to do with the only equipment I had. I knew you could swing it somehow, but had never done it. Enter the world of YouTube kettlebell workouts!
7 Kettlebell Workouts To Get Fit
Some of the workouts below are what I started with and they taught me so many different kettlebell exercises and moves that I absolutely love! And that I find super effective and actually kinda fun. So if you’re in the same situation I found myself years ago – give some of these a try. A few of them are 10 minutes or less.
When you’re committed and put a little bit of time into it you can get fit using your own body, maybe a kettlebell. You just need to find out what to do exactly. A gym membership isn’t necessary at all.
Anyway, the first workout is the one I do super regularly, because it’s SO good. It’s intense and I’m always sweating like crazy after. I just did it and it did not disappoint after about 2 months off, I do not look well right now.

I hope you try some of these kettlebell workouts! As I mentioned, I find them super effective, quick and just wonderful to increase strength, to burn excess fat and to get healthier and more fit overall! Plus I seem to have so much more energy and less neck pain by doing them 2-3 times a week. Invest in your health, if you already have a kettlebell at home – use it, don’t let it collect dust!
And if you’re looking for a healthy meal plan to go with your new workout routine, give this one a try.
